How to Embrace the Unknown and Live in the Present: Overcoming Fear

I’m afraid, afraid of uncertainty and afraid of the future. So many times, we get caught up in thoughts about the future, of the possibilities, that we forget to act on them. At the same time there are people who live in the past, holding on to things and never moving past a grudge or past an experience. So many times, we are just navigating time machines, too far ahead in ideals or too consumed in the past to actually live the present!
While some individuals may passively go through the daily motions, there are many others who are actively seeking to determine their next significant move and are determined not to settle. I like to believe that this is currently the situation I find myself in. (Yes, I am also actively searching for my next corporate job)
However, it was in this moment, in the present, that the magic commenced. Overwhelmed by the fear of the unknown, I made the decision to start writing. Subsequently, fresh ideas began to emerge, and the excitement of embarking on a new project grew exponentially. Unconstrained by the past or the future, the present offers ample time to immerse myself in creative thinking, allowing these ideas to flourish endlessly.
What is the main idea? I believe I may have misled you; it's not about living in the present moment, as not everyone can achieve that (a topic for another discussion in psychology). The message I want to convey is to confront your fears, venture into uncharted territories, and experiment with new abilities and activities that you never thought feasible.

What have I done? For the first time I have spent a record number of hours building a website for a project I’m very proud of. Let it be known that I’m not a web developer nor have a technology background. Yet I have built a complete, up and running website from scratch, down to the smallest of details. Something I'm extremely proud not because I saved thousands of dollars, or because I learned a new skill, but because of the potential and good that can come of it.

The website which originally was thought of as a blog, transcended and combined with another past idea of consulting and trainings, conceptualized into something bigger, a whole new business possibility.
Another fear has been confronted: starting a business. Stepping into uncharted territory, the legal aspects alone are incredibly daunting. The looming specter of failure only adds to the pressure. However, taking risks is essential for success. Therefore, I am venturing into this new realm, acquiring skills and knowledge not just for others but for myself as well.
Ultimately, my wish is that the knowledge and resources provided will be beneficial to others in discovering their path, delving into the unfamiliar, and conquering their fears. When internalized effectively, every experience transforms into opportunities for personal development and enlightenment.
Lastly, if you ever need help in building a website, let me know and we can talk some business.
