Mangalee counts over a decade of experience in the equity research industry. She is currently the Co-Founder of ReMAtics, a freelance platform specialising in financial research, modelling and writing. Prior to this, she held the position of Vice President of Research at a leading stock broking firm in Sri Lanka. She has specialized expertise in many sectors including Conglomerates, Consumer, Healthcare, Logistics and E-commerce.
ReMAtics is a freelancing platform, connecting skilled remote workers in Sri Lanka to clients globally. ReMAtics was founded on an idea to provide remote working opportunities to professionals in Sri Lanka, whilst providing corporates globally with access to a diverse skill set and expertise in financial & macro research, financial modelling and written content.

Helena Chaves is an architect graduated from Veritas University in 2014. Upon completing her university studies, she decided with great courage to initiate her research on construction using natural materials. She began by visiting sites where different species of bamboo grow. Subsequently, she engaged in a consultancy process with various specialists in construction and bamboo knowledge to start her first architectural project. This project served as valuable professional practice for her. Currently, she holds a certificate for attending the course "Guadua bamboo as a versatile material in construction solutions" taught by Colombian environmental and renewable energy master José Eduardo Torres at the National University, held on May 19 and 20, 2017.
